Communicating with healthcare providers, insurers, employers and smokers comes naturally to Kristine because she has a great deal of professional experience in health care and human services.

As an outreach specialist at UW-CTRI, Kris has provided expertise and training on the Clinical Practice Guideline: Treating Tobacco Use and Dependence. She is also active helping clinics, hospitals and other healthcare organizations set up the Fax to Quit program, a unique free service that seemlessly connects patients with the Wisconsin Tobacco Quit Line.
