Roger is the UW-CTRI Outreach Specialist in the following counties: Marinette, Oconto, Menominee, Shawano, Waupaca, Outagamie, Brown, Kewaunee, Door, Manitowoc, Calumet, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, Winnebago, Green Lake, Marquette, and Waushara counties.
