Paula Keller, MPH, Senior Policy Advisor

Paula Keller is the senior policy advisor at UW-CTRI. She oversees the national office of the Addressing Tobacco in Healthcare (ATHC) Research Network, supported by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This network connects researchers, health care providers and other partners interested in creating changes to healthcare systems to improve tobacco dependence treatment. ATHC’s goals include:

  • Facilitating information-sharing and networking.
  • Providing technical assistance for researchers on grant preparation and dissemination of research findings.
  • Disseminating cutting-edge resources and tools to foster systems-change research.

This new network builds on the experience, lessons and results of the Addressing Tobacco in Managed Care (ATMC) research grants program, which began in 1997. More information about ATHC can be found at www.athc.wisc.edu. Paula joined the UW-CTRI’s ATMC national program office in 2001.
