Wendy Theobald, PhD, Assistant Researcher

Wendy Theobald joined UW-CTRI as a TTURC Training Tobacco Scientists Postdoctoral Fellow in December, 2002, after completing her PhD in educational psychology at UW-Madison. She is also a registered nurse with a background in neurology and psychiatric nursing. She has worked at UW Hospital as a staff and float nurse and with children and adolescents at Parkway Psychiatric Hospital.

Her current projects include integrating the several UW-CTRI article collections into one UW-CTRI library with easy access for all Center staff. She also assists with the literature research and writing for a number of reports and papers arising from Center research. Her other interests include designing and implementing a mini-library of tobacco and smoking cessation information accessible to middle- and high school students and school personnel.
