Directions to the Milwaukee Office

This office is located at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in the Physicians Office Building, 945 12th St. at Kilbourn. Please note that the Marquette Interchange is currently under construction and routes periodically change. See below for directions. Visit http://mchange.org for more information. 2 Take the HIGHLAND AVE EXIT RAMP 0.28 mile(s)
3 Turn RIGHT onto W HIGHLAND AVE <0.1 mile(s)
4 Turn LEFT onto N 12TH ST 0.19 mile(s)
5 Turn into parking structure, 945 12th St. at Kilbourn

There is a parking structure immediately south of the medical center on southwest corner of Kilbourn and 12th St. The entrance to the structure is on 12th St. The CTRI office is in the Physician Office Building across the street from the parking structure at 1218 Kilbourn, in suite 501 (5th floor). The Physician Office building can be accessed from the parking structure at street level or through a covered walkway on the 3rd floor.
